Alongside launching Taylor & Richman, she is completing a doctorate in augmented reality at Queensland University of Technology, merging psychology, technology, and business to shape the future of leadership.
As a board director of the German-Australian Business Alliance, Sarah forges connections and strengthens trade between the two nations.
Her expertise lies in guiding leaders through deep transformation — not by adding more strategies, but by reshaping how they think, decide, and lead in a rapidly shifting world.
Sarah serves as the primary point of contact for all business engagements at Taylor & Richman.

With a Master’s in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, Susanna balances a senior corporate career, co-leading Taylor & Richman, and raising two young children — embodying the clarity, control, and edge she brings to every client engagement.
As Sarah’s right hand, she is the force ensuring every transformation behind the scenes runs seamlessly.

our origin story
Taylor & Richman began at BMW Motorrad, where we worked together before being selected for BMW’s Intrapreneur Accelerator — to develop a separate innovation project for the company. Our leaders made one thing clear: if two key people stepped away from the division, the work had to create real value for our home team.
Through that experience, we uncovered a lasting truth: real transformation isn’t driven by tools or processes alone, but by reshaping the mindset of the leaders behind them.
On Susanna’s bachelorette weekend, far from boardrooms, we decided to turn that insight into something of our own.
